A real booking record confirms the agreed time and time zone. Move to Appointment SET and stop the conflicting booking-link follow-up.
The next step is clear
Send the approved confirmation and available appointment or reschedule link after booking success. Record send success separately; it is not proof the client read it.
Reminders, reschedules and no-shows
Configured workflows handle the next step. When scheduling cannot be confirmed, the conversation is flagged for a person. A sent link is never counted as a confirmed appointment.
