Choose your calendar
Choose Cal.com or Calendly, your event type and time zone. Connect your own Google Calendar through the selected scheduler for availability and invitations.
Cal.com booking is supported. Calendly links are supported; direct Calendly booking and Google authorization need additional verified setup and are not activated by this website.
Choose workflows & wording
Select the paths you need: new lead, interested, gathering information, booking-link follow-up, reminders, cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows. Choose your assistant's name and review English or Spanish templates included in your package.
Approve tags & workflow actions
Review automatic removal of old stage tags, the next stage tag, and which provided drips start or stop. A confirmed booking stops booking-chase drips; opt-outs always stop outreach. Only mapped, approved workflows are activated.
Get “Needs you” alerts
Receive the configured handoff alert when a lead requests a person, asks a sensitive question or needs a booking checked. Choose the destination and test alert delivery before relying on it.
Verify booking & confirmation
Track three different events: booking link sent, appointment confirmed by the calendar, and confirmation message sent. A sent link is never counted as a booked appointment.
